Lester Hunter, a licensed insurance agent, started the Olan Group LLC in November 2003.

He has developed his firm around helping companies and individuals be more profitable, successful, and limit their risk at the same time. He prides himself on not being everything to everybody, but providing his expertise to a select group of clients. His vast experience has benefited many clients with innovative solutions.

Lester’s speaking experience includes speaking to groups of over 1,000 attendees to small groups of 10. The topics are as diverse as financial independence for individuals to starting a business for entrepreneurs. He has taught at the community college level as well as a seminar speaker for large construction companies and public sector organizations. He has written several articles for the Fort Worth Business Assistance Center and works as a counselor to small businesses at the center. The Fort Worth Hispanic Chamber of Commerce utilized his experience to speak to their members about insurance and surety bonds.

Mr Hunter’s education includes an M.B.A. degree from Texas A&M University and a B.B.A. degree from Baylor University. He is also Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certified and a licensed insurance claims adjuster.
